Who is the Program For?

An Ed.D. in Educational Leadership – Organizational Leadership can give you the skills to enact organizational change in any industry – private firms, the government sector or non-profit organizations. Despite the name, an Ed.D. is not reserved solely for the traditional educational profession.

Students in Saint Elizabeth University's Ed.D. in Educational Leadership – Organizational Leadership will walk away with the skills necessary to lead the next-generation workforce, adapt to unprecedented and uncertain environments and become catalysts for change throughout their careers.

To allow the flexibility needed for full-time work, classes for SEU's Ed.D. in Educational Leadership – Organizational Leadership will be delivered online with scheduled Zoom meetings throughout the semester. When not meeting via Zoom, the program utilizes asynchronous video lectures, case studies, discussion boards and assignments to engage in learning and faculty are available via Zoom or telephone to answer questions, clarify assignments, or talk through lessons. Selected applicants will be invited to interview with the Program Chair for Business Administration, Dr. Regina Riccioni.
